Pharmspresso supports the goals of researchers and curators in the field of pharmacogenomics, and facilitates in information extraction from full text of pharmacogenomic-related literature.
Pharmspresso was developed by Yael Garten in the lab of Russ Altman at Stanford University.
This search engine is an adaptation of the Textpresso
search engine for biological abstracts and fulltexts, which was developed by Hans-Michael Muller, Eimear Kenny, and others in Paul Sternberg's group at WormBase.
The Pharmspresso system is a developing application and is currently
